Refund Policy

AIGI is operated by Imro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the "Operator," "we," "us"). This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.


1. 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers

Within 14 calendar days of your first charge on a new subscription, you may request a full refund for any reason by emailing support@aigovbrief.com with the subject REFUND. We will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription only. Subsequent renewals or new subscriptions on the same account are subject to Section 2.

2. After the 14-day window

Subscription charges are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.

3. Pro-rated refunds for extended outages

If the AIGI service is unavailable for more than 72 hours in a calendar month, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected days upon request, regardless of how long you have been a subscriber.

To request an outage refund, email support@aigovbrief.com with the subject OUTAGE REFUND and the dates affected.

4. Annual subscribers

Annual subscribers receive the same 14-day money-back window from the date of the annual charge. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but the service remains active until the end of the prepaid period.

If an annual subscriber chooses to cancel after the 14-day window, the subscription does not auto-renew but remains active through the prepaid end date.

5. Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades)

Mid-period plan changes are pro-rated by Stripe automatically. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the billing period; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for downgrades or partial-month cancellations except as set out in Sections 1 and 3 above.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@aigovbrief.com with:

  • Subject: REFUND (or OUTAGE REFUND for Section 3 requests)
  • Your account email
  • Brief reason for the request (optional within the 14-day window; required for Section 3)

We respond within one business day.

7. Disputes

If we cannot resolve a refund request to your satisfaction, you may dispute the charge with your card issuer. We do not charge cancellation fees and will not initiate chargebacks against you for legitimate refund requests.
