The settlement
The settlement concerns LivCor, a property management company named in ongoing antitrust litigation.[1] Other state releases describe allegations that LivCor used revenue management software to align rental prices with competing landlords by gathering and sharing confidential pricing information.[2][3]
The settlement is subject to court approval.[2] Under the terms described by Minnesota, LivCor agrees not to use software that uses competitively sensitive information to align rent prices and agrees to cooperate in ongoing litigation against RealPage and other landlords.[2]
